Fast-Track-IMS: Raising corporate responsibility in the Supply Chain

the power of working together

Today's challenging markets demand that clients and suppliers work closer to manage change together.

Fast-Track-IMS (FT-IMS) equips you with the skills, knowledge and management competency to minimise pollution, resource use, defects and accidents to the benefit of your bottom line, while delivering on client and other stakeholder demands for efficiency, reliability, responsibility, cooperation and innovation.

A GROUP APPROACH WITH INDIVIDUAL OUTCOMES

The FT-IMS involves groups of supply chain companies (5 - 10) collaborating as they each create a custom, fit-for-purpose and effective integrated management system (IMS) conforming to three recognised business performance standards: ISO 14001 (Environment), ISO 9001 (Quality) and BS OHSAS 18001 (Health & Safety). This is achieved in just six-months and at low cost.

However, FT-IMS goes much further than simply enabling you meet the agendas of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001. By helping your company to understand contemporary sustainability and corporate responsibility issues and legislation, it raises competence and confidence to actively seek out corporate risks and convert them into business opportunities.

The FT-IMS programme uses a combination of online tools and monthly group workshops to remove implementation barriers and stimulate cooperation, addressing knowledge gaps with detailed guidance, templates and expert advice.
