The Best Practice Explorer workshop identifies opportunities for improvement in key business areas selected by you in advance.

In a half-day session, your ISYS Advisor will facilitate a Best Practice Explorer workshop that involves a card game to collect anonymous responses from participants on aspects of Best Practice in your organisation. During the workshop the responses will be used to generate initial results to stimulate discussion and comment.

A final report will also be provided summarising the results and providing a full diagnosis.
