This short course is provided in-house for a maximum of 16 delegates as half-day or full-day options. Training supports staff and operational managers in construction companies seriously committed to managing their business's environmental risks.

Who will benefit from attending?
Staff and operators at all levels and functions within a construction company. Typical attendees are contracts managers, site agents, quantity surveyors and foremen/supervisors.

Options
The basic short course is of half-day duration. The full-day option includes an additional group practical workshop applying the company's environmental risk assessment methodology and documents to a construction case-study reflecting company activities.

Course outline
The course provides staff and operational managers with a basic understanding of environmental issues as they affect construction activities.

Its key aim is to motivate the people within the company who interface with the physical environment and take personal responsibility for maintaining clean and efficient operations.

Cost Ł475, plus VAT (half-day), Ł850, plus VAT (full-day) (excluding venue, meals and refreshments costs (if required) and tutor expenses).
